A haunted attraction doesn’t come to life when the gates open.
It comes to life because of the people who work behind the scenes long before the first guest ever walks through the gates.
From construction and maintenance to makeup, wardrobe, acting, security, parking, concessions, merchandise, ticketing, management, and countless other jobs, it takes an entire team to create the Woods of Terror experience.
That’s why Friday, September 18, is dedicated to the people who have helped make it happen.
Employee Appreciation Night is our opportunity to recognize the hardworking people who have been part of the Woods of Terror team over the years.
As a special thank-you, former Woods of Terror employees receive free general admission on Employee Appreciation Night. Whether you worked with us last season or helped create scares years ago, you’re part of the history and legacy of Woods of Terror, and we’d love to welcome you back.
Please remember that parking is not included with free admission. Parking is $20 CASH ONLY.
When guests walk through Woods of Terror, they see the finished product. They see the sets, the characters, the costumes, the lights, the special effects, and the scares.
What they don’t always see are the people responsible for making all of that possible.
Every actor who gave everything they had to a performance. Every makeup artist who transformed performers into monsters. Every carpenter and artist who built the worlds guests walked through. Every maintenance worker who kept things running. Every security team member who helped keep guests and employees safe. Every person who worked tickets, parking, concessions, merchandise, management, and operations.
As Woods of Terror celebrates its 35th Legendary Season, we’re reminded that a legacy isn’t built by one person.
It’s built by generations of people who have poured their time, talent, creativity, and passion into the attraction.
Former employees are a huge part of that legacy.
September 18 is our chance to celebrate them, thank them, and recognize the incredible amount of work they contributed to making Woods of Terror what it is today.
To everyone who has ever been part of the Woods of Terror team:
Thank you for showing up. Thank you for working hard. Thank you for believing in what we do. And thank you for helping us make 35 years of terror possible.
We’re excited to welcome you back for a night of memories, scares, and fun.
Free admission for former employees. Parking is $20 CASH ONLY.
This season is bigger, better, and The Best because of everyone who helped make it possible.
