woods-of-terror-midwayTeachers do far more than teach.

They spend their days educating, encouraging, mentoring, organizing, listening, problem-solving, and helping shape the next generation. They arrive early, stay late, spend their own time preparing lessons, and often do far more behind the scenes than their students ever realize.

At Woods of Terror, we want to take a night to recognize them.

On Saturday, September 19, we’re celebrating Teacher Appreciation Night.

It’s our way of saying thank you to the educators who spend their days making a difference in the lives of their students.

Teachers spend most of their time being responsible for everyone else. On September 19, we think it’s time for someone else to take responsibility for the screams.

Come out to Woods of Terror and experience our 35th Legendary Season with friends, family, and fellow educators. Forget lesson plans, grading, meetings, emails, and everything waiting for you on Monday.

Teacher Appreciation Night is a celebration of the people who dedicate their careers to helping others learn, grow, and succeed.

We know that a single night at a haunted attraction can’t begin to repay everything teachers do. But appreciation starts with recognizing the people who deserve it.

So to every teacher, educator, faculty member, and school employee who spends their days helping students become their best selves: thank you.

You make an impact that lasts far beyond the classroom.

Join us Saturday, September 19, and let Woods of Terror give you a little fun, a lot of screams, and hopefully a night you’ll remember.

Because after everything you do for your students, you deserve a night that’s all about you.
